THE STORY

The Double Door Range introduces wines that are made from a mix of estate grapes and grapes brought in from neighbouring farms.

This gives us the chance to be creative and produce wines that have their own distinctive style.

This 2025 vintage is sadly the last, as we lost the vineyard in the Franschhoek fires this year.

This Quirky wine is a perfect food wine with structure.

Broad, textured and intense, it has a crisp clean palate, some subtle oak-derived sweetness and quince and stone fruit flavours.

IN THE CELLAR
Fermentation in 2 x 300L 2^nd fill French Barrels. The wine was matured for 9 months before bottling.

Alcohol 14 % vol RS 4.9 g/l
pH 3.28 Total Acid 5.2 g/l
